Wild Prompt Prints Terms of Service

By purchasing from Wild Prompt Prints, you agree to the terms below.

Custom Orders

Many Wild Prompt Prints products are made specifically for each customer. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product, size, color, quantity, artwork, and print placement before submitting an order.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, or other designs to Wild Prompt Prints, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to reproduce it.

Wild Prompt Prints reserves the right to refuse artwork that we reasonably believe may violate another person's intellectual property rights or applicable law.

The customer is responsible for any claims arising from artwork or materials they submit without proper authorization.

Artwork Quality

Customers should provide high-resolution, print-ready artwork whenever possible.

Wild Prompt Prints is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution, blurry, compressed, improperly formatted, or otherwise unsuitable customer-provided artwork.

Print Appearance

Actual printed colors may differ slightly from colors displayed on electronic screens.

Minor variations in placement, dimensions, or color are normal in custom printing and are not necessarily considered defects.

Pricing

Prices may vary depending on garment type, size, quantity, artwork requirements, print size, number of print locations, and other customization options.

If an order requires additional work or charges not reflected during checkout, Wild Prompt Prints will contact the customer before proceeding when appropriate.

Production

Production begins after the necessary order information and artwork have been received.

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless Wild Prompt Prints specifically agrees to a deadline in writing.

Refusal of Service

Wild Prompt Prints reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders involving prohibited content, suspected fraud, intellectual property concerns, unavailable materials, or technical production limitations.
