Wild Prompt Prints Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are custom-made, personalized, or printed specifically to your order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with artwork that was provided or approved by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order, please contact Wild Prompt Prints within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Any other information that may help us review the issue

If we determine that the product is defective or that Wild Prompt Prints made an error, we may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Custom Artwork

Customers are responsible for reviewing the artwork, spelling, colors, sizing, placement instructions, and other customization details submitted with their order.

Colors may appear slightly different in print than they do on a computer or phone screen. Minor differences in print placement, size, or color are not considered defects.

Low-resolution artwork may affect print quality. Wild Prompt Prints may contact you if we believe your submitted artwork is not suitable for printing.

Customer-Supplied Garments

If Wild Prompt Prints agrees to print on clothing or other items supplied by the customer, those items are provided at the customer's risk.

While we take reasonable care when printing and pressing customer-supplied items, Wild Prompt Prints is not responsible for damage caused by material defects, heat sensitivity, unknown coatings, seams, zippers, garment construction, or other characteristics outside of our control.

Cancellations

Because custom orders may enter production quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once artwork preparation, printing, or production has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
